Encantada Tulum is a slice of paradise! The property is intimate with only 8 rooms, providing personalized attention from the wonderful staff. We enjoyed incredible breakfasts on our balcony while listening to the soothing ocean waves. Carlos and Julia went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beachfront location is perfect for relaxation. I can't wait to return!

The staff was incredibly attentive, always remembering our names and greeting us with a smile. We especially enjoyed the ability to order delicious food to our beach chairs and the pool. The hotel's intimate vibe provided a perfect escape, making it feel like our own little paradise.

Perfect getaway for couples
We really loved how they took care of every detail. The staff left a bottle of champagne in our room for our special occasion, it. The breakfast was really good, and they brought it up to our balcony so we could enjoy it with the ocean view.
